• Experienced in a SEN school setting (essential)

• A strong collaborator, working effectively with support staff, therapists, and families

• Committed to inclusive education and improving pupil outcomes and wellbeing

Essential requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience

• Proven experience within a SEN school environment (essential)

• Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and behaviour support strategies

• Knowledge of EHCPs and personalised learning approaches

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
