SEN Preparing for Adulthood Team Manager

Tower Hamlets' vision is to enable young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to live, learn, and work within their local community, achieve sustained progression, and attain better life outcomes. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SEN Preparing for Adulthood (PfA) Team Manager to support this vision.

The successful applicant will be passionate and driven, with extensive knowledge of legislation, statutory frameworks including the Code of Practice, and policies affecting services for young people post-14 and families in relation to SEND. As the PfA Team Manager, the candidate will support the PfA Service Manager to deliver key priorities and work collaboratively with schools, post-16 education and training providers, and other key partners both within and outside Tower Hamlets to ensure the best outcomes for young people with SEND.
