SEN Learning Support Assistant - Full-Time

We are recruiting a SEN Learning Support Assistant to focus on delivering targeted interventions across KS2 in a Gateshead primary school.

This is a slightly more specialised LSA position, where you will work with small groups of pupils who need additional support to reach expected levels.

• Deliver structured intervention sessions in reading, writing, and maths
• Support pupils with SEND and learning gaps
• Track progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
• Adapt resources to meet individual learning needs
• Build confidence and engagement in learning

• Experience supporting KS2 pupils (desirable)
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Organised and proactive approach
• Passion for helping pupils progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
