Location: Wandsworth
Salary: £90 - £120 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Full-Time Long Term
What the Role Involves:Acting as a mentor and positive role model for students.
Providing targeted 1:1 and small group interventions to aid emotional and behavioural development.
Working in partnership with teachers and SEN staff to deliver tailored learning support.
Building confidence, independence, and resilience in young learners.
Supporting an inclusive school environment that values every child.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Previous experience working with SEN pupils (Autism, SEMH, MLD, or PMLD desirable).
A caring, patient, and adaptable nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong resilience and proactive problem-solving abilities.
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
