SEN Inclusion Mentor & Team Teach Trainer

St Joseph's Specialist Trust in Cranleigh, Surrey, is seeking an Inclusion Support Mentor to join our in-house Inclusion Support Team. The role supports students aged 5-19 with complex needs, delivering positive behaviour support and training staff.

You will train as Team Teach Tutor, participate in data analysis, and develop behaviour management plans. Hours are 36 per week, 39 weeks, term time plus inset days; salary £25,632-£28,412 (FTE £29,884-£33,126).
