Compensation: £25.00 - £35.00 / hour

What you'll be doing:
- Providing 1:1 or 2:1 educational support to children and young people in their homes or specialist settings in Oxfordshire
- Planning and delivering personalised, creative sessions that reflect each learner's needs, interests and abilities
- Running sessions during the school day (term time only) that typically last 3 to 5 hours
- Engaging with students who may have autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, GDD or complex needs and helping them achieve outcomes at their pace
- Working flexibly as part of a compassionate, expert-led team that values you and your skills
Who we're looking for: We welcome applications from individuals who have:
- Experience as teachers, tutors, teaching assistants, SEN specialists and education professionals who have directly supported young people with SEN/SEMH needs
- A background in Early Years, Primary, Secondary or Post 16 teaching or specialist SEND environments
- A minimum of 2 consistent weekdays available
- An up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
What you can expect from Fresh Start in Education:
- £25-£35 per hour, depending on experience
