SEN Case Officer: Coordinate EHCPs with Flexible Working

Reading Borough Council is seeking an experienced SEN Case Officer to coordinate Education, Health and Care assessments and plans for children and young people aged 0-25. You will work with families, schools, health professionals and partner agencies to ensure statutory duties are met with a person-centred approach.

In this role you will manage EHCP caseloads, draft high-quality plans, and contribute to multi agency meetings.
