SEN Behaviour Support Assistant: 1:1 & Positive Regulation

Justteachers Ltd in Newark is seeking a full-time Behaviour Support Assistant to join a specialist provision starting in September 2026. The role is long-term, temporary to permanent, and requires working with pupils who have SEN/SEMH or related needs within a highly structured environment.

You will collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement positive behaviour approaches, support emotional regulation and facilitate access to learning throughout the school day.
