SEN Behaviour Coach - Full-Time, Long-Term (Harrogate)

Just Teachers Ltd in Harrogate is seeking a motivated SEN Behaviour Coach to join a supportive school on a long-term basis. The role is full-time and aims to help pupils with special educational needs access learning and develop positive behaviours.

You will work closely with teachers, SEND staff and pastoral teams to provide consistent and targeted support, using behaviour management and de-escalation techniques to promote emotional regulation throughout the school day.
