SEN Teaching Assistant / SEN Teacher - Join a Supportive & Rewarding Team

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants and SEN Teachers to join our team, whether on a permanent basis or supply.

About the Role

We work closely with a range of SEN schools, supporting students with a variety of needs including:

  • Autism (ASC)
  • ADHD
  • Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
  • Moderate to severe learning difficulties
  • Complex needs

These settings are incredibly rewarding and focus on building trust, routines, and meaningful progress for every student.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who:

  • Have previous SEN experience (in schools or similar settings)
  • Are patient, empathetic, and resilient
  • Can build strong, consistent relationships with students
  • Are reliable and committed - ideally available 4-5 days per week to provide the consistency our students need
  • Are confident working as part of a team within specialist SEN provisions

Why Join Us?

  • Work in supportive SEN schools where staff genuinely care
  • Make a real, visible impact on students' development and confidence
  • Opportunity for long-term and permanent positions
  • Gain valuable experience in highly rewarding, specialist environments
  • Be part of a team that values consistency and continuity, which is key to SEN success

The Impact You'll Have

Consistency is crucial in SEN settings. By being present regularly, you'll help:

  • Create a stable and safe environment
  • Support routine and structure, which many students rely on
  • Build trusting relationships that enable real progress

Whether you're an experienced SEN TA or a qualified teacher looking to specialise, we'd love to hear from you.
