Semiconductor Fab Operations Lead

Analog Devices, in Ireland's high volume semiconductor Fab, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day to day manufacturing. You will supervise MTMs, drive safety, quality and delivery targets, and ensure compliance with GMP/ISO and cleanroom protocols.

The role requires strong leadership, clear shift handovers, and the ability to resolve bottlenecks while promoting Lean, 6S and continuous improvement across multiple work centres. The role operates on a 24/7 pattern.
