About the School

This specialist independent school supports young people aged 11-19 who have faced significant challenges accessing mainstream education. Your Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be the steady, inspiring presence our students need every day.No two days are the same-and that's what makes this role so rewarding.

You'll help create a learning environment that is: Safe Stimulating Supportive Structured Full of opportunities to grow

You'll work closely with teachers to support lessons, guide students through challenges, celebrate small wins, and help ignite positive change.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing 1:1 and small-group support across KS3-KS5
  • Helping students overcome barriers to learning
  • Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
  • Supporting emotional regulation and social development
  • Working alongside a passionate, dedicated team
