SEMH Teaching Assistant - Eccles

About the Role:

  • Support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
  • Work with individuals and small groups
  • Deliver engaging activities to support learning and development
  • Promote positive behaviour and boost students' self-esteem
  • Support both educational and emotional development
  • Create and maintain a safe, supportive learning environment
  • Liaise effectively with students, parents, and school staff

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting students with SEN (SEMH experience preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Available full-time or minimum 3 days per week
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (registered on the Update Service desirable)
