Job Description
SEMH Teaching Assistant - Eccles
About the Role:
- Support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Work with individuals and small groups
- Deliver engaging activities to support learning and development
- Promote positive behaviour and boost students' self-esteem
- Support both educational and emotional development
- Create and maintain a safe, supportive learning environment
- Liaise effectively with students, parents, and school staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting students with SEN (SEMH experience preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Available full-time or minimum 3 days per week
- Enhanced DBS certificate (registered on the Update Service desirable)
