SEMH TA for Secondary School (Youth Worker Background)

Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking an SEMH Teaching Assistant for a secondary school in EN3. The role focuses on supporting students with social, emotional and mental health needs, helping them engage with learning and manage behaviour. Prior Youth Work experience may attract a higher pay rate.

The ideal candidate will provide 1:1 and small-group support, work closely with teachers and pastoral staff, and uphold safeguarding procedures in a dynamic school environment.
