SEMH Pastoral Support Assistant September Start

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school in Epping from September. You will work with teachers and pastoral staff to provide individualised support for pupils, helping them manage emotions and develop resilience throughout the school day.

The ideal candidate has experience with SEMH/SEND or challenging behaviour, strong communication skills, and a calm, patient, and resilient approach.
