Your Role:

Build trusting relationships using PACE, trauma-informed practice, and emotional regulation strategies.

Provide one-to-one and small-group academic and pastoral support aligned to EHCP/IEP objectives.

Act as a positive role model, promoting collaboration, aspiration, resilience, and empowerment.

Support Enrichment and Personal Development Clubs.

Assist with supervision, progress records, assessments, and liaison with parents and professionals.
