SEMH Learning Practitioner: Support & Intervention Lead

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking an SEMH Learning Practitioner to support pupils in classrooms and in the community, under the direction of senior staff. The role involves delivering targeted interventions, maintaining pupil records and assisting with transition steps between settings.

You will assist with crisis support, Team Teach techniques, and the delivery of staff training, while contributing to pupil journals and attendance at meetings and briefings.
