SEMH Behaviour Support Worker - Student Wellbeing

Protocol Education Ltd in Harlow is recruiting a Behaviour Support Worker for a September start at a specialist SEMH school. You will work with teachers, pastoral teams and other professionals to support pupils with SEMH needs, helping them regulate emotions and re-engage with learning.

The role focuses on building positive relationships, using consistent behaviour management and providing personalised support both in and out of the classroom.
