SEMH Behaviour Mentor - Empower Students & Support Growth

New Directions Holdings Limited is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with SEMH needs across Wirral's primary and secondary schools. You will work 1:1 and in small groups to promote positive behaviour, attendance and engagement in a nurturing learning environment.

The role involves building relationships with pupils, teachers and external agencies, applying de-escalation strategies and recording progress to inform behaviour plans.
