SEMH Alternative Provision Teaching Assistant - Hastings

Pink Tile Education Ltd is recruiting for an Alternative Provision Teaching Assistant in Hastings to support pupils not thriving in mainstream settings. You will work with small groups and in 1:1 settings to support learning, behaviour and daily routines, in a specialist SEMH provision.

The role involves proactive supervision, rapid de-escalation, and building trusting relationships with pupils. Pay is £14.25-£16.40 per hour, with start ASAP or September.
