Self Adhesive Labels Sales Manager - Midlands - £50-65k basic + car + benefits

Reporting to the General Manager, the Self Adhesive Labels Sales Manager will ensure the team delivers optimum customer service and acts as a key stakeholder in delivering value to the business. Through awareness of cost analysis and SNAP & LIT/LET processes, the manager will be commercially responsible for reviewing identified jobs that fall below account or targeted EBIT performance and developing actions to enhance contribution. The manager will lead overall management, develop strong customer relationships, seek new major clients, and devise strategies and plans for future growth of the company's database. They will deliver key business goals through excellent teamwork and coaching, consistently demonstrating strong leadership. Clear communication with all business functions and customers is essential, and performance improvements will be based on a shared vision, clear goals, focus, and a sense of urgency.
