About the RoleIn this role you will design and build Seismic Livedoc solutions to support and improve Front Office client facing activities, enhance document quality/experience by the creation of automated/customisable documents, tools and integrations, supporting Seismic platform maintenance and continual development of solutions and processes.
This role will focus on the building and development of Seismic LiveDocs and all related functionality including pulling data from lists and other platforms. A strong understanding of the structure of LiveDocs within Seismic is essential.
Seismic is a well embedded and supported platform within Rathbones. You will be working with a knowledgeable and experienced team of Seismic specialists.
What you'll be responsible for- Continuation and primary ongoing ownership and maintenance of our automated and customisable Proposal documents - one of our key platform projects
- Creation of advanced and scalable Seismic LiveDoc solutions to deliver automation benefits to Rathbones Group and user journey improvements to Front Office Teams - documenting solutions as required
- Gathering project requirements and taking complex briefs from stakeholders at all business levels, exhibiting a solution based mindset while also managing project expectations and timescales
- Testing and optimisation of Seismic solutions
- Assist with delivery of integrations between Seismic platform and external systems via APIs, dataloaders and other technical integration processes to ensure accurate and fast surfacing of data from primary sources, and reduction of manual data and content requirements for end users
- Support the wider Seismic Team with all projects, maintenance and continual platform development, including development and maintenance of Seismic Hubs, Compliance processes and streamlined architecture
- Promote Client Office as key technical and solution partner to Front Office
- Provide analytics to evidence impact of above activities

- Deep knowledge of Seismic platform administration and LiveDoc creation
- Knowledge of Seismic LiveSend, Digital Sales Rooms, Workflows, and Reference Content
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Word (particularly Seismic add in functionality)
- Strong Excel experience and creation/maintenance of Seismic Lists and Databases
- Ability to manage expectations at all levels of stakeholders
- SQL and Seismic variable development (including creation/editing of variable formulae)
- APIs and integration processes with external data sources and systems (eg Salesforce, Snowflake etc)
- Desirable - Understanding of Rathbones Front Office processes and how Seismic stored content (standard and interactive/automated) supports Investment Management teams
