Security Team Lead - 24/7 Incident Response & Training

DPD is seeking a proactive Security Team Leader to oversee a team of Security Officers and Gatehouse operatives. You will allocate workloads, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to security protocols 24/7, throughout East or West Midlands shifts.

You will drive incident response, maintain documentation, and coach officers while collaborating with the Hub Security Manager to meet security targets and uphold high standards.
