Security support officer - Full Time. Location: Stafford, Stoke on Trent, Lichfield. Pay Rate: £12.43 - £13.21ph (site related pay). Shift Pattern: days, nights, weekends.
Job Description: We are seeking a professional and reliable front of house Security support Officer to join our team.
This is a full time position, ongoing support, and opportunities for development within a leading security company.
As a Security support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the site, staff, and visitors.
You'll provide a visible presence, have great customer service skills, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents when required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a visible and reassuring security presence
- Ensure the safety and security of staff, visitors, and property
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to alarms
- Control access and manage visitors on site
- Write clear and accurate incident and daily reports
- Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and reliable
- Professional, punctual, and customer focusedDriving license and own vehicle is essential
- £12.43 - £13.21ph (site related pay)
