The Role

We are seeking a professional and proactive Security Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious client site in London. Our client is a market-leading global organisation, and this is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing security team in a corporate front-of-house environment.

As Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and customer service. You will play a key leadership role, ensuring your team operates effectively while delivering a first class visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of Security Officers
• Ensure all visitors, VIPs, and staff receive exceptional customer service
• Oversee access control and site security operations
• Remain vigilant to hostile reconnaissance and emerging security threats
• Maintain a safe working environment for all team members
• Act as a key point of contact between the client, site leadership, and security team
• Manage incident reporting and escalation in line with company policies and procedures
• Support compliance with all relevant security and regulatory standards

About You

• Proven experience in a security supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professional, customer focused approach
• High level of vigilance and situational awareness
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced corporate environment
• Pre employment security standard vetting will be required for this role.
