Security Supervisor - Night Shift Lead (52 hrs/wk)

Newbold Revel, Rugby, CV23 0TH, Sodexo Group is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead a front-line team and maintain a safe, secure environment across the site. You'll supervise a team of around 7 officers, coordinate patrols, training and incident reporting while staying calm under pressure.

The role requires an SIA licence and at least 3 years in security with supervision. You'll engage with clients and colleagues, ensuring health and safety standards and strong service delivery on site.
