Security Operations Manager

Full-time onsite in Birmingham - WE WILL PAY FOR RELOCATION IF REQUIRED

We are seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Sovereign Security Operations Centre (SOC), housed in a large, dedicated facility designed for resilience and scale. You'll serve prominent UK organizations with premium listings and stringent security requirements.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of skilled analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Client-Facing Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between security operations and business priorities.
• Drive Operational Performance: Oversee service delivery, incident response, and operational efficiency within established frameworks.
• Strategic Oversight: Balance hands-on technical engagement with high-level planning to maintain a robust security posture.
• Innovate Under Pressure: Navigate complex threat landscapes and regulatory requirements while ensuring high availability of services.

• 5 years + experience in SOC operations, incident response, and security frameworks.
