Security Officer: Access Control & Incident Response

Martin-Baker Aircraft Company Ltd is seeking a Security Officer to protect personnel, site and assets at the Denham site. You will perform patrols, monitor CCTV and access points, respond to incidents and ensure a safe, professional environment daily.

The role requires a frontline SIA licence, a full clean driving licence and strong communication skills. You'll work on site with shift patterns including 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am on a 4-on-4-off basis.
