Job Description
Security Officer

Location: Sheffield, S9 1DZ
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Contracted Hours: Average 32 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off

Shift Times Monday - Thursday

14:00 - 22:00 (8 hours) or
21:30 - 06:00 (8 hours)

Friday

13:00 - 22:0 5 (8.5 hours) or
21:30 - 06:00 (8.5 hours)

Saturday & Sunday

06:00 - 18:00 (12 hours) or
18:00 - 06:00 (12 hours)

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site patrols
  • Monitor CCTV and security systems
  • Control access and verify visitors
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies
  • Complete accurate reports and site documentation
  • Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable and professional approach
  • Ability to work days, nights and weekends on a rotating shift pattern
