Salary - £13.58 per hour

Guaranteed 40+ hours per week

We're looking for confident, customer-focused individuals who can combine strong awareness with a warm and approachable attitude. You'll be a visible presence in store, helping customers feel supported while playing an important role in keeping the business safe and secure.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast-paced retail environment, staying alert, responsive and ready to step in when needed.
• Provide customer service by creating a welcoming store environment and delivering professional support to customers and colleagues.
• Help keep stores safe and secure by preventing loss, responding to incidents, identifying risks and supporting safe ways of working.
• Use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body-worn cameras, to support store operations and incident management.
• Remain calm under pressure, respond to challenging situations and support emergency procedures with professionalism.
• Work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards, support operations and create a positive environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing situations in a fast-moving retail setting.

What we're looking for

• Previous security experience is preferred
• A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, confident and professional approach
• A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly
• A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe

Important Information

All candidates must be able to provide a 5-year checkable work history within the UK.
