Permanent Full Time role

Location: Liverpool Airport

Hours: 5 days a week with various shifts

Pay: £12.71 hourly rate

About the role

As an Aviation Security Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Screen passengers and baggage to ensure safety through thorough checks.
• Control access by monitoring who enters secure areas and verifying IDs and travel documents.
• Patrol the airport, keeping airside and landside areas safe via regular foot patrols.
• Guide passengers, helping them navigate security and offering advice on baggage and electronics.
• Provide top notch service by assisting passengers and resolving queries with professionalism and care.
• Stay alert and compliant with security protocols, accurately recording incidents.
• Respond to emergencies, acting quickly to ensure safety during unexpected situations.

Eligibility & Background

• Minimum 5 years of UK residency.
• Must be able to pass a 5 year checkable background verification.
• Access NI Disclosure Check required.
