About The Role & Who We're ScoutingWe're on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Security Officer to join our squad at Leicester City Football Club. As Security Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the well being, health, safety and security of staff, contractors, customers and guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring contractors and guests to ensure their wellbeing and Health & Safety while on LCFC property
- To report all breaches of security in accordance with standard procedure.
- To prevent unauthorized access to the site and restrict access to certain areas within the site as operational demands dictate
- Record and report accidents and incidents that you are called to attend or observe
- Be proactive in ensuring the prevention of loss or damage of company assets
- Carry out regular patrols of the Club's premises and perimeter as per operational procedures
- Undertake routine foot / mobile patrols of the site including externally of all buildings as directed
- Manage and de escalate any disturbance, incident or commotion
- Demonstrate and uphold the best values of the club in every encounter both internal and external, being acutely aware that you represent the front face and first impression to all
- Undertake other security related tasks such as locking up buildings, charging vehicles, managing key access, card access, directing traffic
The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in security and specifically bring:
- Full UK, DVLA, Driving licence.
- Proficient use in various software including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams
- SIA CCTV Operator qualified is desirable
