A Warm Welcome A Warm Welcome - Before and After Start Date

From the start, we ensure every new colleague is welcomed and set up for success with the right terms, training and equipment. Our Engagement Centre assigns every new Kingdom colleague an onboarding buddy to ensure they receive a warm welcome from day one. This support includes administration, equipment setup, and training. Regular one-on-one "check-ins" and feedback during onboarding help each new colleague feel supported and confident in their role.
