Security Officer

Location: Rotherham
Schedule: Full-Time 4 on 4 off Rotating Days & Nights
Rate: £12.21 per hour (Approx. £512.82/week)
Pay: Monthly - Second Tuesday of each month

Britsafe is seeking a professional and dependable Security Officer for a key site in Rotherham. This is a rotating shift role that includes both day and night shifts, so flexibility is essential. You will play a critical part in site security operations, combining front-line safety duties with computer-based monitoring and reporting.

• 4 on, 4 off rotation

• 4 day shifts followed by 4 days off

• 4 night shifts followed by 4 days off

• Average 42 hours per week

• Booking in visitors and contractors upon arrival

• Monitoring CCTV systems and responding to activity

• Answering and handling calls via the site phone system

• Conducting internal and external security patrols

• Locking and unlocking site access points

• Using internal IT systems - basic Microsoft Office and computer literacy required

• Writing incident reports and maintaining security logs

• Hourly pay: £12.21 (approx. £512.82/week)
