Location: Diageo, Leven
Working pattern: 42 hours per week, 4 on 4 off shift pattern
Hourly rate: 13.10
Contract type: Permanent

Are you a reliable and vigilant individual with a passion for safety and security? At Sodexo, our clients and customers are at the heart of everything we do. We are currently looking for a professional Security Officer to join our team at Diageo Leven, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for all site staff and visitors.

What you'll do:

• Monitor and control site access through gatehouse duties

• Conduct regular internal and external patrols of the premises

• Operate security systems and maintain detailed incident reports

• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and emergency services when required

• Deliver exceptional customer service to staff and visitors

• Remain alert and proactive in identifying potential security risks

What you bring:

• SIA Frontline Licence (essential)

• Full UK Driving Licence (minimum age 25+ due to vehicle insurance policy)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• IT literacy and ability to complete basic written reports

• Strong observational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, including weekends and public holidays

• Previous security experience is desirable but not essential

Pre-employment requirements:
This role requires successful candidates to complete security vetting prior to appointment.
