About the Role

As Security Lead, you will be instrumental in bridging both IT Security elements and Program Management elements in key client engagements.

This would include, but not be limited to:

• Assessing application security threat landscapes.
• Developing application security monitoring use cases that address the overall threat landscape.
• Define what log data needs to be available to feed the use cases.
• Where applications are not able to deliver required log data this capability needs to be developed with the internal and/or 3rd party application development teams.
• When logging is available, the application needs to be connected to the central monitoring tool.
• Setup of alerting per application.
• End-to-end testing, documentation of (configuration for) use cases and handover to BaU.

Aside from these more technical elements you would be responsible for leading the client engagement ensuring that progress is made according to the agreed project management timeline and communicating this to relevant project stakeholders as part of the agreed governance structure for the project.

What you bring

• Excellent communication skills at business level in English; Dutch is highly desirable.
• You currently reside in the Netherlands.
• 10-15 years of experience in IT Security and/or Security consulting combined with demonstrable experience in delivering Application Security Monitoring projects.
• Possessed relevant It security certifications.
• Experience in leading combined on-/offshore teams.
• Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders in a project setting
