About the role

We are recruiting a skilled and dedicated Security Concierge for Hale Country Club & Spa. In this role you will protect the premises and deliver exceptional service that enhances our guests' experience. You will uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ensure all security protocols are followed.

Location: Hale Country Club & Spa, Clay Lane, Timperley, Altrincham WA15 7AF

Hours: 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, average 42 hrs per week.

Hale Country Club & Spa offers a state of the art gym, luxurious spa, and a range of wellness services. The club's facilities support members' fitness and relaxation goals.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for guests, creating a positive first impression.
  • Ensure only authorised individuals access the premises and maintain a secure environment.
  • Monitor surveillance and patrol to sustain safety.
  • Assist guests with questions, directions, and support.
  • Respond calmly to emergencies and follow procedures.
  • Collaborate with Front Desk and Reception to provide a seamless experience for guests.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to address security concerns.
  • Handle guest issues professionally and resolve conflicts.
  • Remain alert and report suspicious activities.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
  • Report incidents promptly to supervisors, providing accurate and detailed documentation.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance security knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and contribute ideas for improving security measures and guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Valid Door Supervision SIA licence.
  • Valid First Aid at Work certificate.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a hotel or comparable environment.
  • Strong communication skills across all business levels.
  • Problem solving abilities.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Discretion and sensitivity.
  • Ability to maintain professional standards under pressure.
