Security & Control Room Officer - Gatehouse & Operations

Serco in Bristol is seeking an Operational Support Officer to report to the Custodial Operations Manager and perform in the control room, Gatehouse, and escort duties. You will monitor CCTV and radios, perform paperwork, and support contingency planning and exercises.

Role requires shift work, full driving licence, and adherence to security procedures. IT literacy and strong communication with external agencies are expected.
