Security & AI Risk Leader - Build & Lead the Team

MrQ is building a dedicated security function and seeking a founding leader to own strategy, roadmap and budget. You'll lead Security and IT Operations, hire a security engineering team, and shape governance, AI security and incident response on an AWS-native platform.

You'll report to the CTO, influence board discussions, drive risk management, and ensure security is embedded in all product decisions, including AI integrations.
