Job Description
For a prestigious private bank, we are looking for : Securities Reconciliation Specialist - M/F Responsibilities:
Profile :
- Reconciliation of our depositories for all our entities
- Manual entry of the statements on our depositories not automatically reconciled, especially Hedge-Funds
- Check differences and investigate monthly
- Establish a list of pending for securities-funds
- Treatment and follow-up of current files
- Claim back missing statements
Profile :
- Minimum of 2 years experience confirmed in the Securities-Funds reconciliation department
- General knowledge of the Back-Office activities
- Good interpersonal and organization skills
- Attention to details and accuracy / meticulous and proactive
- Knowledge of GTMatch GTExchange Globus (is an asset)
- Good command of the MS Office suite
- Solution oriented and pragmatic
- Team player and comfortable working in open space
- Stress resistant
