General Secretary The SCIV - The is a dynamic union, committed to defending the rights of employees and social development. Your mission As a member of the management board, you ensure leadership and represent the SCIV - The with social partners, institutions, and stakeholders. You will defend and represent the SCIV to various partners through effective communication. Inform/promote & develop the SCIV's policy. Animate branch committees and the union committee. Support the SCIV's transversal projects and cohesion. Lead the general team - be responsible for priority areas & lobbying: Defend the interests of members with partners and influence groups. Conduct social and economic policy development: Promote the SCIV's policy and anticipate economic and social challenges. Conduct projects: Support internal projects and maintain a strong connection between the members. Embody the SCIV in the public space and Your profile: Holder of a higher education degree (University, Federal diploma, or equivalent qualification). Proven experience in management and team leadership. Knowledge of the union environment or public affairs is an asset. Excellent writing skills and strong analytical ability with resistance to stress. Languages: Mastery of French; proficiency in German is highly desirable. Personality: Leadership, critical thinking, and strong capacity for collaboration.
