Job Description

We are seeking an organised and proactive Secretarial Group Administrator to join our team and provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support across the firm. Working closely with the SGAs and wider team, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day activities.

Your responsibilities will include managing telephone calls, coordinating diaries and appointments, arranging travel and meeting rooms, preparing and typing documents, processing expenses, entering lawyers' time, maintaining accurate records, providing general administrative support and assist the team with disputes work as necessary. You will also have the opportunity to support marketing and business development events within the practice group.

You'll have excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital systems are essential, along with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Previous secretarial experience, particularly within a corporate or legal environment, would be advantageous.
