We are a PAYE employer looking for Secondary Teachers on behalf of a few comprehensive schools in Newport and the surrounding areas.

We at ESP are looking for a Secondary School Teacher who is passionate about working with young people.

These roles demand enthusiasm, patience, and a diverse set of skills.

We need a candidate who is willing to step up to this challenging role with confidence that they can help to develop and nurture these young minds on their way to success.

Having a valid UK Driving License will increase opportunities for work.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

Successful Secondary School Teachers must:

  • Have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education
  • Have experience of teaching within the UK
  • Have the correct Education and Training
  • Be able to set high standards
  • Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline
  • Plan innovative and creative lessons
  • Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum

We are a preferred supplier on the Welsh Government's National Teacher Framework offering day-to-day and long-term positions throughout the school year.
