Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching strategies.
- Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience in secondary education (subject specialisms welcomed).
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
