Secondary School Behaviour Mentor - Inspire & Support

Engage Education is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive secondary school in Ashford, Surrey from September 2026. You will provide 1:1 and small group behavioural support to students and build positive relationships to help them engage with learning.

The role suits experienced mentors, youth workers, teaching assistants or graduates with experience supporting young people, and requires an Enhanced DBS ( Update Service ) or willingness to obtain one.
