Secondary Markets Associate, Private Capital Advisory

Greenhill & Co. in London is seeking an Associate to join the Private Capital Advisory team after the Mizuho acquisition.

You will help originate and execute a broad range of secondary transactions, including portfolio sales, continuation vehicles and GP stakes, working closely with senior bankers and junior team members. The role requires strong financial analysis, valuation, and client materials preparation, plus investor outreach and cross-border collaboration with Mizuho Greenhill offices.
