Are you the go-to person when the projector freezes or the Wi Fi decides to play up? We're looking for an ICT Specialist to join a brilliant secondary school in Walsall - someone who can keep tech running smoothly and help staff and students get the best from their digital tools.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting teachers and students with ICT systems and software
• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading school hardware and networks
• Managing user accounts and ensuring data security and compliance
• Assisting with digital learning resources and online platforms
• Helping create a tech friendly, future ready school environment

What you'll need

• Experience working in ICT support (ideally in a school or educational setting)
• Knowledge of Windows systems, Office 365, and basic network management
• A practical, problem solving mindset and calm approach under pressure
• A friendly, patient attitude - because tech issues don't always happen quietly!
