The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the school's culture, providing guidance, and working closely with students, families, and staff to ensure a positive, supportive environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading on pastoral care across the school
• Supporting wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, and student engagement
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and families
• Working collaboratively with teaching and support staff to meet individual needs
• Implementing effective pastoral strategies and interventions
• Supporting safeguarding processes in line with school policy
• Managing behaviour incidents and delivering restorative support
• Contributing to an inclusive and nurturing whole-school ethos

What They Are Looking For:

• Experience in a pastoral, behaviour, safeguarding, or student-support role
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and emotional resilience
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism
• Experience working with young people in an educational setting
• Knowledge of behaviour management approaches and pastoral intervention strategies
• A proactive, organised, and collaborative professional
