Job Description
 Second Line Assurance - Insurance 
 Experienced assurance professional skilled in delivering risk-based reviews, enhancing control frameworks, and supporting strong risk management across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborating with the Head of Second Line Assurance to design a risk-based annual assurance plan for executive approval, aligned with the organisation's risk and control framework.
 - Delivering the assurance plan by planning and executing reviews, performing testing, analysing outcomes, and forming evidence-based conclusions.
 - Providing actionable recommendations to enhance control effectiveness.
 - Producing clear and concise reports on testing outcomes for senior management, and summarised updates for the Chief Risk Officer.
 - Contributing as an active team member by sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices.
 - Leading the coordination of the annual risk assessment for Second Line Assurance activities.
 - Building constructive, value-driven relationships with risk and control owners across the organisation.
