Second Chef: Lead, Train & Grow to Head Chef

Harper's Steakhouse at the Weighbridge is seeking a Second Chef to support the Head Chef and management. You will lead and develop junior chefs while ensuring high standards of food and service. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year experience in a similar role, excellent culinary skills, and the right to work in the UK. The role offers up to £13.25ph plus additional benefits including discounts and development programs.
